Our Educators are knowledgeable, reflective, resourceful and rich in experience. The goals and expectations for the educators are to provide the best experiences and outcomes for all children, families, programs and co-educators. To cultivate and nourish an environment, programs and relationships that are authentic, caring, and respectful; and, where these connections create a sense of belonging among and between children, educators, and families.
